Jacaranda trees blooming at the beginning of November are making the spring season in Sydney, Australia special. Daniela looks around for the most photogenic locations in Sydney where you can find old, purple jacaranda trees.
The Jacaranda tree at Sydney University Quadrangle was the most famous tree in the city, maybe because the 85 years old tree with purple flowers used to make such a nice backdrop for the graduation photos. Unfortunately, the tree was uprooted in November 2016 and it is no longer there. The students are sad because they loved that tree, it was part of tradition.
